In December of 2005, I moved to my home area of San Luis Obispo County, where I now reside near the ocean. I came because I was compelled to move "Home".I wanted to be closer to my elderly parents and my grown children and grandson. I come from a large family, and most of my brothers and sisters live here too.
I went for an eight-day RET training to become a trainer of Rapid Eye Technology. Six days after I returned, my beloved mother Mary died at the age of 89. I was there with her.
My Father, (93 years old) and most of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were able to see her that last day. This made me realize even more the power of intuition and following the strong urges that sometimes make little sense.
I have found the gift of RET and inner healing helps remove any blocks to not hearing my inner voice. I believe in Divine guidance and I am grateful I listened to the nudges and followed my inner guidance. That is the gift I've received. I am able to live in a way that is blessed at all times. As I look over the last decade, I am realizing my dreams.
I became a certified massage therapist when I completed my first 200 hour course including the additional 20 hour course of Lomi Lomi, (Hawaiian) massage at Pacific Coast School of Massage Therapy in San Luis Obispo , California. I moved to the Bay Area in 1996 to study a 720 hour course at The National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy.
I continuously update my skills and expand my resources to help my clients. I've updated my studies with many two to four day workshops that include Deep Tissue Blends and Soft Tissue Release deep tissue techniques. I experienced and then found the local instructor for the Berry Method corrective massage technique. I am so impressed with the results I receive from the Berry Method; I had to learn how to reposition muscles for chronic conditions to give this opportunity to my clients. These were many fun and intense weekends of study.
I enjoyed a successful full time practice in Orinda from 1996 until August 2000, when we made El Dorado County our new home. I've been in Placerville since then and am fortunate to have a beautiful office in the historic Judge Thompson house. I work there and also travel to clients that are involved in the intensive four day energy therapy program.
In 2000, I became a Rapid Eye Technologist and completed my initial Reiki training at the Master level. Rapid Eye Technology changed my life and paved the way for the intense focus that occurred when I experienced Heart Centered therapy and particularly "the Dream of The Soul.' I am living my dream helping others help themselves. You can find and live your dream too. Energy Therapy is the cutting edge way to heal old wounds without having to relive in painful detail whatever created the memory or phobia. Rapid Eye, Energy Medicine, Heart Centered Transformation and CranioSacral therapies are receiving more of my attention because there is a great demand and desire from people wanting to move through the emotional healing processes quickly. I receive and use these techniques for my health and personal growth and am constantly amazed by the insights I receive. I teach my clients how to apply the self help skills that I use so they may thrive from the same sense of personal empowerment. I love assisting others to see their true beauty and essence!
